"Το κτήμα Νικόλα σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν ικανοποιητικό. Ο χώρος για 4 άτομα ήταν ευρύχωρος και καθαρός.σε θέμα άνεσης βρίσκω αρνητικό ότι τα 2 από τα 4 κρεβάτια ήταν σχετικά κοντά και δεν χωρούσαν τα πόδια μου στο κρεβάτι.εχω ύψος 1.70 βρίσκω το δωμάτιο καταλλη λότερο για οικογένεια με 2 παιδια και όχι για ενήλικες.κατα τα άλλα όλα ήταν πολύ καθαρά καιδροσερα.επισης γεωγραφικά είναι κοντά στην Κάρυστο Αλλά η μετακίνηση γίνεται αποκλειστικά με μεταφορικό μέσο."

The staff were very family-friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The restaurant was excellent, and both servers were fantastic—super helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist.

The nicest most pleasant and honest family runs this villa hotel. It was such a nice studio apartmemt we had. We stayed one night when we returned from Mykonos before returning home to the usa. We wish we knew about it sooner and stayed longer. Much better than the center city athens hotel we stayed in for double the price earlier in our trip. Really unique property - very clean and comfortable, not far from the ocean. Stayed only for one night before a flight, would not hesitate to return for a longer stay.
