"The hotel is itself was a nice hotel. Nice rooms. The location was not what I would prefer. 20 minute uber into the city. Hotel situated in an industrial area with no amenities. Very odd place for a hotel. Continental breakfast was a delight. Our dinner meal was less that desirable."

"Beautiful apartments about 10-15 mins drive from the centre of Split with stunning views of the sea. We stayed in the Room for 2 with shared pool access (S-3) which was perfect for us. The private balcony and amenities (e.g., robes and slippers, iron, hairdryer, cooking facilities) were great as well as access to the shared lounge area and infinity pool which had plenty of space for all guests. Remembered after the fact that there is supposed to be a gym, but this wasn't mentioned to us at the time. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the space is well-maintained - the pool area is cleaned and fresh towels provided every day. I will say in general the room was very clean except for a little dust still present under the bathroom sink and under the bed. Plenty of parking is available, including in the shade which was very welcome during the heatwave. The road towards the apartments is a bit winding and narrow so just bear in mind. A car is recommended for ease (e.g., going to the supermarket, restaurants, etc.) as there isn't much in the immediate vicinity, although we were able to get an Uber into Split city centre on one day quite easily (going from Split > the hotel might be more tricky as drivers are less open to accepting rides this way. You could organise a booked taxi though we didn't do this). Would definitely come back and stay here."

"This was a great location to get to old town using their free shuttle service they offer guests and it was steps down to the great beaches. This is a great hotel and recommend it to families with children as we had 3 children under 10 and they loved it all. The free breakfast was exceptional and took advantage of it every morning. We loved the pool and took advantage of a massage at their spa. Martina was an amazing Masseuse! I would go again and stay here! Only downside to it is there is another hotel being constructed right in front of it that will eventually take away from the view and there was construction during the day all day. We were not in the hotel during the day so it didn't affect us much. Just waking up to it and hearing it when we got back wasn't the best to experience."

"Rooms are decent size - small fridge in room - would have expected a couple of bottles of water to be initially provided. Staff helpful and polite. Breakfast was very average - the hot selection was poor - although you could request a cooked omelette which was ok. Only one coffee machine that’s wasn’t working first day. Roof top pool is quite small - but was very quiet when we stayed - so wasn’t an issue… last day it was shut for maintenance (wasn’t informed when booked) Location good - direct access to small beach - although 25euros per subbed is a total rip-off - so didn’t use. A couple of supermarkets local to the hotel, along with a few restaurants. The Road outside hotel very busy!"

"Great location and spa facilities. Hotel is very clean and the rooms (Delux) are very spacious. Delux rooms also have an additional toilet. We had to request to get our room cleaned after 3 days of no cleaning! Other hotel guests had left their room service dishes, with leftover food in the hallway. It remained there overnight and most of the next day! We did request for the plates to be taken away. Ask for coffee pods to be restocked during a room clean as they do not always do this. The best rooms in Amphora Gardens are on the front east side of the building as you have an amazing view of the sea. For promenade views, ask for a room on the far west side of the building.Ground floor rooms have no views. The hotel is overlooked by Amphora hotel. Downstairs pool was very cold during mid June, however you can easily pop into the heated indoor pool. Rooftop pool is warmer however it would imagine that it gets very warm on the rooftop sun bathing area during high season. The spa facilities are excellent. One of the best hotel spas that i have ever visited. The hotel was very quiet during mid June - that was perfect for us. The beach bars and beach area across the road are excellent! Great facilities and very very clean!"

"The villa was perfect for our trip. The living rooms and kitchens were clean and the outdoor area was very pretty. Our host, Marija, was very quick to communicate and accommodating, especially to such a large group. It’s in a very nice location. Would highly recommend a stay."
