"This is a gem of a place to stay, close to Kings Park perfect for walks also walking distance to shops. The host Ted was very lovely and ensured our stay was enjoyable. It was the perfect place for us to stay that met all our needs. "

"I had to make the booking at short notice The apartment block is not all that appealing, a typical older Nedlands/Crawley.However the apartment internally was very acceptable with reasonably new kitchen and bathroom. It was very well equipped in fact almost more than required and perhaps a bit cluttered and I liked the nifty little key pad door lock arrangement. Well located near to Broadway Fair Shopping Centre and the river."

"Check-in information very clear. Unit was well appointed with everything needed. In general the room and fitout was clean, except for two frypans on a shelf which still had grease and food bits in them. Not a big deal as I washed and then used them for rest of stay. The one issue I has was the keys for the unit did not include the security screen door at fron, nor the screen door to courtyard - this would have been good to improve airflow when away. I managed a workaround for the screens, but...

"Suited my needs perfectly. Long-term stay for research in Australian deserts. Close to Kings Park and UES. Close to grocery, doctor, pharmacy etc. all in nearby mall. Friendly on-site manager. Stayed four months, would stay again."

"This is hotel, although it’s in a sketchy part of town. They have a nice room and good room service. The businesses there is trash with only one working computer. It is within walking distance so many areas in downtown."
