The charming Villa Selar with private pool is located near Motovun. It can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms. This villa in the heart of Istria is the perfect choice for a relaxing family vacation!

On the first floor, you can relax in the living area and spend time with your loved ones. It is directly connected to a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. On this floor you will also be surprised by an entertainment room with billiards and darts where you can have fun.

Four further bedrooms await you on the upper floor and promise you peaceful summer nights. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and a single bed and has access to its own bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is also another bedroom with a single bed, two bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

The outdoor area is characterized by the wonderful pool with sun loungers. Take a refreshing dip in the pool, lean back in one of the sun loungers or in the hammock and relax. The villa offers many additional activities on site. Your children can play on the trampoline or in the children's playground while you prepare delicious meals on the charcoal grill. The large covered dining area makes for unforgettable outdoor summer dinners. The main tourist attractions on the coast such as Umag, Novigrad and Porec are within easy reach. These towns are known for their beautiful beaches as well as a variety of leisure activities. The town of Porec with its rich cultural heritage is truly a must-see for anyone interested in culture and history. The Euphrasian Basilica in the old town is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
