"Staff very nice, food lovely. Down sides from our 1night stay are: 1) Half way through eating our meal we was told to move tables from outside to inside as they had a business party to host (we was 5mins from finishing our meal) no one turned up for the party till we was finished & leaving. 2) The balcony was very dirty, had to pick up liter and cigarets before our two year old went out there. 3) cigarets left in the ashtray on our balcony. 4) The mattress in room 31 has collapsed and has a sunken hole in it. This had ruined my back the next morning."

"Hotel Marina keeks the same great conditions, very nice rooms, and those ones with see view are most beoutifully. Good breakfast, clean rooms but overheated, only with windows open the temperature inside decrease enough. The hotel parking is automated with LPR, but you need to check in first. Will be nice if would possible to send car number in advance to save one ticket paper and some time to enroll it ..."

"Fourth time staying at this Hotel and as always it was fantastic! The room is incredibly spacious and the bed and pillows are so comfortable! Fantastic view of the sea from our balcony and a delicious dinner as well as breakfast. Also thoroughly enjoyed the spa with two saunas and a steam room along with a salt pool, hot tub and another indoor pool. "

"We had a pleasant one night stay at the hotel Luxor which was ideally located close to Burgas bus and train station and minutes from the centre where you can find great bars and restaurants.Also close to the Sea gardens and beach so 5 * location.The hotel itself is a little dated but the room was very clean and comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly Breakfast was offered for an additional payment of 7 leva per person at the Veronique restaurant adjoining the hotel.This was excellent value and quality with several choices and coffee or tea iincluded in a beautiful restaurant ( see photos). Would recommend this hotel for short stays in Burgas!"

"We stayed with Peter and Debbie for 9 nights in August and cannot recommend them highly enough as kind, accommodating, helpful and generous hosts. They gave us lots of helpful advice, were very tolerant of our inquisitive kids - even taking them out for walks with their dog regularly and were always willing to lend us things to help make our stay and day trips out more comfortable. The house itself is also lovely. Some may find it a little small inside for five people, but the low ceilings only add to the character and there was still seating for five to eat inside and plenty of sleeping space! There is also tons of space outside with two seating areas and lots of room by the pool so it wasn’t a problem for us. The pool is beautiful too! The house is perfectly located for what we were looking for - a short drive from so many fantastic beaches, far enough from the really built up tourist areas of Sunny Beach and Nessebar but still in an area with plenty to do alongside a good mix of local day to day Bulgarian life. We still found a few nice tavernas inland that seemed to be more frequently used by locals with great Bulgarian food, but the beach bars also served great food and drink and mostly had a fab atmosphere. If you’re looking for a holiday close to the beach but away from the large scale tourism and internationa” tourists, with Debbie and Peter onsite to offer help and advice (but never intrude) then this is the place for you. Do not hesitate, book it! "
