U really can't feel the difference in 3 days...But it's all natural, with environment friendly materials, with 'safe guard' electricity auto protection.../has a, it means no way of electrification of yourself!!!/, By that means it does not here...This is The only apartment on the 4th floor!! Convenient location in the heart of the city!
If you ask around Burgas what the most romantic place is, most of the people will tell you it’s the Sea Garden.
The apartment is a minute away from the Sea Garden!
5 minutes from the Beach & Bogoridi Blvd. (one of the main streets.)
4th (last) floor, It was reconstructed and designed in 2016.
It was designed for the comfort of my guests&friends with maximum capacity of 4 people. However, the full potential is 5 people /see "The Space"/.

Perfect location for people willing to visit Burgas and the nearby historic places.
There is a city parking lot 12 minutes away from the flat, cost 7lv. per day.
Parking on the streets is free on Official Holidays, Saturdays & Sundays!
The rest of the time the city accommodated "Blue zone" from 9.00AM to 7.00PM that is paid 1 lv per hour in the entire downtown area!

Entire place! Separate entrance, Automated door, Video security at entry doors, Only 1 Apt. on Floor. The building was built in 1952 by Military Builders that is why all of the owners are Veterans. Very Safe&Quiet neighbourhood. There is always Gendarme police nearby because the Turkish Embassy is right next to our building.
One of the best locations in the city.

There is a free map with the most of "must-see" places in Burgas left in the flat for you to use!
For bikers, please ask for info of different routes.
I always recommend ROUTE 1 for families with kids.
Burgas – Atanasovsko Lake – Ancient and medieval port and fortress, residential quarter Sarafovo – Thracian tomb Heroon (campsite Evropa)
It is safe, less than 1h ride and the route goes around the coast of the Black Sea.

Real center of the city/As the locals call it "Super Center" with peaceful and beautiful streets, historic landmarks, unique Sea Garden and lots of fun places! The neighbours are pleasant.
Our neighbourhood is the most prestigious - the most expensive houses with unique style in Burgas are located in the area.

Everything is close-by. No car is needed.
Public bike rentals are available for 1lv all over the place.
Public Transportation is 1.5lv.- available near by /no need unless traveling to the nearby historic coastal cities!/ or Mall Galeria.
Taxi from Airport Burgas to here is 20lv flat fee. We can arrange this for you.
