Convenient location

2 night stay whilst exploring Baden Baden. Good location on the outskirts of Karlsruhe close to the highway, quick drive to Baden Baden. Easy parking. Very clean and new feel hotel, helpful staff. Breakfast buffet very basic.

Even with a little issus with HOTEL.COM payment issus with Holiday Inn clerk, she let me have the room.... Next morning everything was fixed...Very Helpful Clerk.

Ok but not a HI expected standars

Ok hotel but not one I'd go back to. The parking even though advertised as free, in fact it is €9 per overnight stay. Additionally, no restaurant for dinner service was available and we walked into the town centre 15mins to get to nearest place. We use HI multiple times for our stay and this did not meet the usual standards. The rooms are very small for the price one pays.

B&B instead of a Hotel.

Hotel is just fine, rooms are really good, bed is great. Shower could be better, not enough pressure on the water. Rooms were clean. The rest is really disappointing as there is no atmosphere at all, the bar is done by the receptionist and really empty. I wasn't even allowed to have a glass of wine at 20.45 as the bar was closed. Haven't seen that ever, and I travel quite a lot. So it should be a B&B instead of a hotel. Paid a regular Hotel rate, got a B&B service.
