"My stay at Mama Shelter was wonderful! The staff was so incredible. Special shout out to Tonda at the bar downstairs for being so welcoming and energetic. He made me feel like an old friend and suggested great places to eat and visit. When I visit Prague again, I’ll definitely stay here!"

"This hotel was in the perfect location. Staff was super friendly. This is very clean facility. We ended up with the perfect room with a great balcony and beautiful views of the city. Breakfast was great! The only negatives I have were the air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom didn’t cool as well as downstairs. Also, the downstairs shower needs to be checked. The water would go from the perfect temperature to scalding hot in seconds so we had to be very careful. This was a great hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area. "

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in my life. The rooms and bathrooms were huge (my family of 4 stayed in two connected Deluxe rooms) and more than adequate. Clean, modern, great, convenient location near a metro station, tucked away enough to be quiet from all the bustle, and the breakfast was very nice. The only thing that could have added to the perfection would be having a swimming pool but can't ask for everything in the Old Town Prague. Highly recommended! "

I travel a lot and am spoiled by hotels that offer a variety of pillows available in the room, and I prefer an air conditioner that I can set low with a constant fan. The pillow and air conditioning situation affected the sleep of everyone in our party(multiple rooms). "
