"If you’re traveling to Hakone, this hotel offers a private in-room hot spring. I would highly recommend it to anybody who’s looking to relax. The room is large and spacious, and so is the bath and shower. It was truly a relaxing few days that I spent in Hakone."

"I liked everything about the hotel, especially the service received from Yoshika (sp?) at the front desk. He was absolutely wonderful! He was professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, thoughtful, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. WITH A SMILE, he helped us with so much from learning how to start the washer/dryers to calling restaurants to see if we could get in, to providing restaurant suggestions, to answering our many questions when he seemed to be extremely busy. I...

"Really great If you're doing the Fuji mountain. A minute from the station and a really various breakfast."

"Our stay was amazing! The proximity to the free shuttle and other public transportation was handy. The breakfast…never sleep in or skip it. The traditional Japanese meal was sublime. They put us into spacious rooms that looked out at Mt Fuji - incredible to wake up to that view! And if you don’t like the one tall building that stands between the property and Fuji-sama, then go up to the 12th floor for some great shots! One small sour note about one staff who was not particularly helpful with...
