"From check-in to check-out the experience was wonderful. Super clean facilities. The rooms were bare of rugs and decor but perfect for a beath town experience. The location is directly across the road from the Aegean and with a full unobstructed view. I think they upgraded us from a partial to a full sea view. The area is quiet. "Property is very nice and in a wonderful location in Karfas and Margarita is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the 2bd/1ba on the top floor. It was plenty roomy with a nice breeze, and the views were beautiful from all windows/patio. There are some beach toys for the kids to use, a nice shower to rinse of the salt and sand, and easy street parking a few steps away. Of the three locations we stayed while in Chios, this was the kids (6 & 8 yo) favorite."
