"Great Location just a small walk to shops and cafes. The house was spacious and warm. Great facilities which we did not use as was a short stay. Would be lovely in summer with the outdoor deck area and BBQ. Perfect for a couples or a family. Definitely would love to return. "

"Overall was ok, good location but place needs a bit of updating as it is very dated but has everything you need. There are ripped curtains in the bedroom and the shower needs the pressure and door fixed - simple low cost fixes which would make it much better. Owners live on site permanently and people live below the unit in the garage also so you only have the deck to use."

"Home was in great location. Home a little tired. In need of new heaters they are rusty and plug corrosion. Stairwell, spiral, very unsafe for children and safety rails definitely not to code. Top bunk bed has no safety rails. Some electrical? Home was well equipped though to meet needs for a holiday. We did enjoy our stay overall."

"This was exactly what we hoped. Breathtaking views that made us wish we could stay longer. We had a short visit on our way to Australia, this was perfectly located for day trips to Rotorua / Te Puia and Hobitton along with a wine day at Waiheke. We would make the day long flights again to stay here!"
