"This hotel is surprisingly very nice, professional and clean. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The food in the restaurants is great and fair priced. They have entertainment and is a very fun, calm place to stay. They have a nice gym, sauna, steam room, massage all is great. Highly recommend."

"This hotel has an air of neglect from the minute you walk in, we were ignored by the two reception staff until I made a point of saying we had a reservation. They then gave us a room on the first floor which smelled strongly of smoke, we asked for another and we’re given another one. The internet is dreadful, the swimming area needs attention as the two jacuzzis are out of action and have wires and pipes protruding. The lockers in the pool area have no keys and only women permitted between 10-5...

Some management training issues here.
"Food was very good and service was also very good as you would expect. The air conditioning in our room was not working. We were told several different reasons by different people but it could not be fixed during the time we were at the hotel. We were moved to a larger room to mitigate the heat and this was somewhat better. According to reception the air conditioning was not working throughout the hotel. We were not advised this when we booked in. The jacuzzi was also not working. Given that we do not speak Turkish and the staff did not speak English, it was difficult to communicate and the personnel at the hotel did their best."
