"The stay was nice, its a beautiful staycation, Marcus and Michael were very nice to us. The sad part was we couldn’t experience the night stay as we got locked out due to a miscommunication from them. Had a car to sleep luckily. We did get in in the morning and had a nice breakfast and some bed sleep. They said they wouldn’t charge for stay and breakfast so I thought they were genuinely sorry. But the refund never came. So there is a large scope of improvement. But its a nice and cozy stay....

"The hotel looks new. The food was beyond great, perhaps the best choice I have had for dinner so far. Drinks are expensive however nice. The staff in the restaurant is good, however a little chaotic. The facilities have one or two lapses in design like the door in the steam bath (door handle), the ever flooded floor in the adult sauna, however all of that is negligible. The ski room can be considered as a bio sauna - ever so helpful. "

"Great hotel complex with plenty of facilities. Nice location, good size room. Would have given 5 star if it wasn’t for this bizarre incident on second night. I wore closed top croc to buffet dinner to rest my feet but was told it didn’t satisfy the dress code and had to go back to room and change, despite seeing multiple people (male and female adults) wearing flip flops and sandals on the same night and other nights in the same buffet restaurant. I have no issues following dress code if there...
