Great location , nice people and ski bus outside .

Relaxed helpful and friendly, good central location, plenty of parking. Good breakfast and nice rooms offering value for money , ski bus stop right outside . Boot ski room. I had a early return flight departing at 5 30 am by taxi and the owner made me and packed lunch without asking . Very relaxed and helpful . Would highly recommend , but no lift .

Excellent and comfortable stay

You can tell that the owners take pride in their guest house - the charming old-style building is tastefully decorated, spotless, and in very good condition. The breakfast is excellent and the optional dinner is a great addition (tasty home cooking by the owner). The owners were genuine and friendly and made me feel at home. The walls aren’t insulated well for sound though, so you’ll hear your room neighbours if they are loud. Nevertheless, I would wholeheartedly recommend this place and will come back when next in Kaprun.

Ausser der fehlenden Seife war alles in Ordnung. In der Hauptsaison könnten die Zimmer zur Straße etwas laut werden, da gegenüber ein Restaurant/Hotel mit Apres-Skisüchtigen zu liegen scheint.
