Apartment in Kaprun on the ski slopes

This large, modern apartment for a maximum of 8 people is located in a country house directly on the slopes of Kaprun in Salzburgerland and is a real ski-in, ski-out accommodation in winter!

The apartment is on the 1st floor of the house. It is spacious and modernly furnished and offers a beautiful living room with an open fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. From the balcony you have a unique view of the surrounding mountain landscape. In summer you can also use the large garden.

In Zell am See - Kaprun, the Ski Alpin Card offers a total of 408 kilometers of slopes in 3 top ski areas: the Schmittenhöhe as a family-friendly ski area, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area offers a high alpine experience and the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski circus has a large number of varied slopes.

In addition to winter sports, there are also plenty of sports options for the other seasons: rafting or white water canoeing, hiking, mountain biking, golf on the 18-hole golf course, which is just a few minutes away. The public pools and beaches Seespitz and Erlberg in Zell am See also offer lots of swimming fun in summer!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Wohnung in Kaprun! Die Aussicht vom Balkon war einfach atemberaubend, Ich liebte es, direkt nach draußen zu gehen und sofort Ski zu fahren, Das Wohnzimmer war riesig, und die Küche hatte alles, was wir brauchten, Einziger Nachteil, das WLAN war manchmal etwas langsam, aber ehrlich gesagt, wir waren zu beschäftigt, die Berge zu genießen, Insgesamt ein großartiger Ort für einen Winterurlaub!

Excellent location with marvellous view, very good for short and longer hiking tours. To recommend "Kaiserschmarrn" at Schützingalm and "Apfelstrudel" at Maiskogelalm Ranch. We very much can recommend to stay there!

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, mooie accommodatie, jammer dat ze zo gehorig zijn. Skigebied was voor ons minder, duurde een uur voordat je boven was en je wilt skiën en niet een uur in de lift zitten.

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche bei Gerlinde und Franz mit Ihrer Tochter Christina. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig und die Badezimmer zahlreich. Die Einrichtung und Aufmachung ist modern und total gemütlich. Kindern haben Platz sich zu bewegen und können sich zudem auf dem Hof absolut frei bewegen. Die Nähe zum Kitzsteinhorn hat uns eine tolle Skiwoche verschafft. Wir danken für die super erholsame Woche bei Euch in Kaprun und kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

nette ontvangst (even vooruitbellen en dan is een tikje vroeger dan afgesproken (1600 is toch wel wat laat) aankomen geen punt). accommodatie is prima in orde. een ruim huis met geweldig uitzicht en prima positie halverwege de (familie)-piste. voor tocht naar dorp of andere (grotere gebieden) heb je wel echt auto nodig lopen naar dorp of skibus is zeker 20 minuten bergaf/op. huis was heel netjes ook met goed uitgeruste keuken. woon/keukenruimte is wat karig aangekleed (gemütlich is het niet echt).

We werden ontvangen door de eigenaresse en zij leidde ons rond en vertelde het een en ander over het huis, het gebruik ervan en gaf ons tips voor skischool etc. Het huis was prachtig met overal veel ruimte. Een enorm pluspunt is dat het aan de piste zit. Zo konden we makkelijk even een piste pakken terwijl oma op de kinderen paste. Ook erg fijn is de aardige eigenaresse. Toen onze kinderen meerdere malen hun bed onder hadden gespuugd bleef zij de was behulpzaam en meelevend aannemen. Bedankt daarvoor! Een klein minpuntje zijn de werkzaamheden die vanaf 6 uur beginnen door de - Ik neem aan- boer. Hij start zijn tractor om 6 uur recht onder het raam. Meerdere van ons werden hier elke dag wakker van.

Heerlijk appartement aan de familie piste van Kaprun. Prima parkeergelegenheid, lekkere bedden en goed sanitair bij elke slaapkamer. Eind 2018 wordt deze verbonden met het grote gebied van de gletsjer.

Bij aankomst werden wij vriendelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw met een korte heldere uitleg over en een kleine rondleiding door het appartement. Het appartement is ruime van opzet, schoon, compleet en van de nodige gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht over het beneden gelegen dorp Kaprun is fantastisch. Voor de wintersportvakantie een prima locatie. Zeker omdat je zo vanuit het appartement de piste op loopt, ski's of board onder en gaan.

Wir sind mit 3 Pärchen in diese Wohnung gefahren um unseren Wintersport zu genießen. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Super nah zur Piste ca.15 Meter. Geräumige Zimmer und moderne Badezimmer. Sehr nette Vermieter. Schöne Küche. Alles in allem einfach nur schön. Gerne wieder.

Kaprun is een geweldige locatie en Oberaigen M is een keurig en net appartment. De inrichting is keurig en helemaal afgestemd op de wintersport. Een echt gezellige woonkamer ontbreekt. Voor de wintersportgangers is deze locatie perfect aan de piste. Helaas waren wij er in de zomer -)
