Would you like to spend a holiday in the NORTH? Then this ground-floor holiday apartment with two covered terraces is just right for you!



The NORDEN holiday apartment welcomes you with lovely maritime furnishings. The beautiful solid wood furniture also exudes a great sense of cosiness. The open-plan living and dining area offers everything you need for a relaxing time and the TV ensures cosy hours when the weather turns bad. Cooking is great fun in the well-equipped kitchen and food tastes twice as good on the adjoining sunny terrace.

The spacious green area around the house offers plenty of space and invites you to sunbathe, play and relax.

You can also relax wonderfully in the comfortable box-spring bed in the first bedroom. There are two single beds in the second bedroom. Both rooms offer plenty of wardrobe space.

A highlight in the NORDEN is without question the bathroom with its whirlpool bath and infrared sauna, which turn it into a small private wellness area. The other facilities also leave nothing to be desired for a relaxing wellness day.



The apartment has two private car parking spaces right next to the house and a lockable bicycle shed.



Our favourite place: An evening stroll along the Weidefeld natural beach.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.

Die Wohnung ist super- schön und hochwertig ausgestattet. Alles sieht aus wie neu. Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen aber diese Küche hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Es fehlt an nichts! Die Sauna funktioniert super. Und sogar eine Waschmaschine gibt es. Es ist wunderbar ruhig hier, so richtig gut zum Entspannen. Meer und Schlei sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub an der Schlei....

Großartig! Tolle Wohnung, in der alles stimmte! Überdachte Terrassen! Zu Fuß zum Strand! Einziges Manko: - Schlecht ausgestatteter EDEKA-Laden vor Ort - Nur ein Restaurant im gesamten Ressort, das immerhin über 1000 Wohnungen beherbergt. M.E. kann diesbezüglich schon noch etwas getan werden, um den Service vor Ort zu verbessern. Aber sonst kommen wir immer wieder gern!
