Welcome aboard the floating dream house "Tokai" – your exclusive oasis on the water at the Baltic Sea Resort Olpenitz! Accessible via the jetty, the holiday home offers 97 m² of living space divided into three rooms, promising a truly exceptional vacation.
The two bedrooms are located on the ground floor – one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds. Wake up each morning to a breathtaking view of the sparkling water.
A bathroom with a shower and a Finnish sauna are also located on the ground floor. After a long walk, you can relax here and leave the everyday world behind.
The real highlight awaits you on the upper floor – a light-filled living and dining area with a modern kitchenette. Thanks to floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, this room is bright and inviting.

Wir hatten auf dem Hausboot ein wunderschönes, langes Wochenende. Vier sind in der Erholung keine Grenzen gesetzt. Es ist alles sehr komfortabel und schön hell eingerichtet. Man findet alles, was man braucht, besonders die Ruhe. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick von jeder Ebene des Hausboot. Die Matratzen sind Angenehm Und man kann sehr gut auf ihn schlafen. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, um etwas erleben zu können. Rundum haben wir einen wundervollen tollen Urlaub genossen. Wir können es jeden sehr gerne empfehlen. Und werden es auch wiederholen

Schöne, sehr gemütliche maritime Einrichtung. Alles was man braucht vorhanden, sehr sauber. Trotz des überwiegendem Regenwetters sehr schöne Tage auf dem Hausboot verbracht, dadurch leider die Dachterrasse nicht genutzt.

tolles Haus in ausbaufähiger Lage
ein sehr hübsch eingerichtetes Ferienhaus auf einem Steg direkt auf dem Wasser (Hafenbecken Olpenitz). Toller Ausblick auf Hafen, Ostsee und Schleimünde. Das Ferienresort wird derzeit noch ausgebaut, weshalb es noch an Infrastruktur und nahem Strandzugang fehlt.
