This exclusive holiday apartment in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is only a few meters away from the water. From the large terrace you have a fantastic view over the sailing and sports boat harbor. The light-flooded living-dining area with its cozy seating area invites you to a fireplace evening on cold evenings. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires. The master bedroom is equipped with a double box spring bed and has a wonderful harbor view. The second bedroom looks out over the Ostseefjord Schlei. Both bedrooms can be darkened and have flat screen TVs. The wellness bath invites you to relax. An infrared heat cabin with hi-fi sound system and LED color light therapy as well as a large relaxation whirlpool with a view of the water are available for a wellness program after a walk on the beach.

Sehr schöne Etagenwohnung. Fantastische Aussicht. Für die Nebensaison sehr gut, in der Sommerzeit wäre es mir persönlich in der Ferienhaussiedlung zu eng. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Objekt um zu entschleunigen...

Erholsame Tage

Wir hatten sehr erholsame Tage in dieser schönen, geräumigen Ferienwohnung. Die Ausstattung empfanden wir als sehr gut, auch wenn einige Kleinigkeiten in der Ausstattung der Küche gefehlt haben. Der Ausblick war einzigartig, zur einen Seite auf die Marina zur anderen der fast freie Blick auf den Leuchtturm. Ein großes Bad mit begehbarer Dusche, der tollen Whirlpoolbadewanne und die Infrarotsauna war für uns ein schöner Bonus wenn man etwas durchgefroren vom Spaziergang wiederkommt (Schade ist das es keinen richtigen Gehweg gibt). Auch der Kamin trägt hier zur Gemütlichkeit bei! Der kleine Strand war für unseren Hund das Highlight. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können hier nur eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen!

Traumhafter Ausblick

Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen, vor allem den traumhaften Ausblick aus der Wohnung von allen Seiten! Zu bemängeln haben wir, dass kein Gehweg vorhanden ist und der Müllsammelplatz ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Erholung tat es aber keinen Abbruch. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
