Situated on a narrow headland with the Baltic Sea on one side and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz on the other, this holiday home is the right choice for guests who are looking for close proximity to the sea and beach and want to enjoy complete comfort in a holiday home with high-quality furnishings. Highlights include the private wellness area and the two sun terraces. The white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort is just a few minutes' walk away and the Baltic Sea is only a stone's throw away. Underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove ensure comfort at any time of year.



The light-flooded and spacious living and dining area is located on the ground floor of the holiday home. While the open-plan kitchen with sociable counter leaves nothing to be desired in terms of high-quality equipment, holiday meals can be enjoyed at the dining table for six people. From here, the view falls through large windows onto the adjoining terrace, which faces the marina of OstseeResort Olpenitz and promises fantastic hours of sunshine with its south-facing orientation. Whether a barbecue or a romantic candlelit dinner, unforgettable holiday moments are guaranteed here. The comfortable seating in the living area in front of the wood-burning stove invites you to linger.

On the first floor of the holiday home there are two bedrooms for two people each. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be flexibly pushed together and has an additional flatscreen TV.



The fully equipped bathroom with a large Finnish sauna and walk-in shower is also located on this level.



A second sun terrace connects the master bedroom and bathroom. Sun loungers invite you to relax here after a sauna session.



Two additional beds are available on the comfortable sofa bed on the ground floor.



A guest WC also provides additional comfort on this level.



A private parking space and a shed in front of the house offer sufficient space for bicycles and/or pushchairs.



Our favourite spot: After your private wellness programme, head to the sun lounger and start your holiday evening with a sundowner.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
