Beautiful ship in Olpenitz with sauna

This very special holiday experience at OstseeResort Olpenitz combines the adventure of a sailing trip surrounded by water with all the comforts of a luxurious holiday home on land. As the name suggests, the houseboat is moored between the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the Baltic Sea and invites you to enjoy an unforgettable holiday experience. Water as far as the eye can see. The breathtaking scenery can be enjoyed through floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts and the roof terrace offers spectacular 360-degree views of the Schlei, Baltic Sea and marina. The Baltic Sea is just a swimming ladder away and the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort is within walking distance. In the darker months of the year, underfloor heating and a sauna provide cosy comfort, as the wellness programme on board is a must. In addition to the harbour cinema, the Smart TV with home entertainment programme provides entertainment.



The floating house extends over three levels. On the upper floor is the open-plan living and dining area with an all-round view of the Schlei, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and adjoining terrace facing east towards the harbour entrance. This invites you to enjoy barbecues together. From here you can access the spectacular roof terrace with a view over the sailing and sports boat harbour, the Schlei and its estuary into the Baltic Sea. Equipped with a beach chair, you can enjoy a holiday feeling here with breathtaking sunsets.



The relaxation area of the house is located on the ground floor with two bedrooms, bathroom and sauna. The master bedroom boasts a floor-to-ceiling panoramic window front, through which you can watch the beautiful water backdrop and marvellous sunrises. Highlight: the terrace directly adjoining the bedroom.



Naturally, the view of the sea and the swans swimming past can also be enjoyed while taking a sauna or brushing your teeth. If you want to come here with your boat, this is the place for you. There is a private mooring with shore power and water right next to the house. A private car parking space is located directly at the jetty.



Our favourite spot: relaxing in a beach chair with a sundowner and the smell of the barbecue in your nose.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
