Whether it's a leisurely stroll along the lively harbour promenade or a day at the beach, the central location of the property opens up all kinds of possibilities, as both attractions are within easy walking distance.

Two spacious terraces, which are bathed in sunshine throughout the day, invite you to relax and enjoy the unrivalled sunrises and sunsets on offer. In addition to the natural beauty of the surroundings, amenities such as underfloor heating, an inviting wood-burning stove and a private wellness area ensure that you will experience maximum comfort at any time of year. A modern Smart TV is available for indoor entertainment, complemented by the high-quality Telekom Home Entertainment programme.

The light-flooded living and dining area of the holiday home impresses with large panoramic windows that lead out onto the adjoining terraces on both sides. The spacious living area offers a breathtaking view of the sailing and sports boats in the harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz. The terrace by the living area becomes a kind of harbour cinema, offering you entertainment during convivial barbecue evenings or relaxed evenings by the fireplace.



The fully equipped eat-in kitchen invites you to cook creatively on holiday. A breakfast in the morning sun on the adjoining terrace promises a pure holiday feeling and is the perfect start to the day.

The second level of the holiday home offers a peaceful retreat. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double box-spring bed and offers you a marvellous view of the glistening water. A skylight not only allows you to gaze at the starry sky, but also at the fascinating cloud formations that are so typical of the north. The second bedroom offers space for up to three people (bed dimensions: 140cm x 200cm and 90cm x 200cm) and promises restful dreams.

The spacious bathroom makes the hearts of spa lovers beat faster. After a long walk on the beach, you can relax deeply in the private wellness area - be it in the stylish Finnish sauna for two or in the inviting corner whirlpool tub with a view of the harbour. An additional shower completes the comfort of this bathroom. There is a further shower room on the first floor.



The apartment has insect screens for added comfort.

A private car park for your vehicle and a spacious bicycle shed are located directly in front of the house to make your stay even more pleasant.
