You can easily reach the apartment via the lift, which is directly accessible from your underground parking space. There is plenty of space for up to four people on around 54 square metres. The apartment is particularly suitable for allergy sufferers: with high-quality PVC flooring and mineral wall coating instead of classic wallpaper.

The open-plan living area is the perfect place to relax. A cosy seating area invites you to linger, and a 40-inch flat-screen TV and a modern micro hi-fi system are available for your entertainment. Free WiFi and satellite TV with Sky round off the offer.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and microwave. A separate dining area offers space for up to four people. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea or the harbour from all the windows. For the period from 1 April to 31 October, you can use your own free beach chair at ORO Badebucht.



The sheltered balcony with a comfortable corner bench is the ideal place to enjoy the sun or round off the day with a glass of wine.



The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and another 40-inch TV, as well as a safe for personal belongings. An additional room with a bunk bed (90 cm x 200 cm) offers space for children or additional guests.

The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and WC.



This holiday apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday by the Baltic Sea. This accommodation also includes an underground car park and a bicycle cellar with charging facilities for e-bikes. There is also a communal laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (coin-operated).



An exclusive pool and wellness area awaits guests in the neighbouring building of the complex, which can of course be used free of charge. Dive into the pleasantly temperate water and let your gaze wander over the vastness of the Baltic Sea - an experience for all the senses. Soothing sauna sessions invite you to linger and give you deep relaxation. Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under development due to its great popularity. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and guarantee you a first-class holiday. Any construction work at the resort will not affect the enjoyment of your holiday, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
