Discover the fascinating charm of the Baltic Sea: 77 light-flooded square metres of pure relaxation await you right by the water. This 3-room holiday apartment offers enough space for up to 6 people. You can enjoy a unique view of the Baltic Sea from almost every room.

The two bedrooms offer breathtaking sea views and are each furnished with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Should the weather take a turn for the Nordic side, each bedroom also has its own Smart TV for entertainment. The cosy sofa in the living area can sleep two more people - perfect for a holiday with the whole family.

Adjacent to the living area is the open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and another bathroom.



The highlight of the apartment is the large roof terrace with panoramic sea views. Thanks to its south-west orientation, you can soak up the sun all day long, watch the harbour cinema and end the day with a glass of wine.

The penthouse is easily accessible by lift. The underground car park has its own parking space and a bicycle cellar. There is also a communal laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.



Please note that OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under development due to its great popularity. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and guarantee you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect the enjoyment of your holiday, which is why additional discounts are excluded.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed. Saubere Unterkunft für schönen Familienurlaub

Gepflegte Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick auf die Ostsee! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Lediglich das Finden der Unterkunft hat sich als etwas schwierig herausgestellt, da der Name der Unterkunft nirgendwo zu finden war.
