The living and dining area on the first level offers panoramic window fronts to the adjoining terraces, from which you can enjoy fantastic views over the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz.

The fully equipped eat-in kitchen invites you to cook creatively, while you can greet the morning with morning sunshine at the large dining table or on the terrace. The house has underfloor heating, a sauna, a whirlpool bath and a wood-burning stove, which promise comfort at any time of year. Thanks to the Bluetooth connection, you can even enjoy your favourite music while in the sauna.



The relaxation area on the second level offers a master bedroom with a fantastic water view and a double bed, as well as a second bedroom with flexible single beds. A comfortable sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space.



Relax in the fully equipped bathroom with an infrared cabin for two people, hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a large corner whirlpool bath with a view of the water. A shower on the first floor offers additional comfort.

The Uferschnepfe holiday apartment is a maisonette on the first and second floors.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.50 per person. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
