"Die Klospülung lief durchgehend, der Henkel des Seifenspenders war abgebrochen und die ältere Dame an der Rezeption hat ihren Job leider verfehlt... das Frühstück war für 15€ wirklich unterirdisch, hier ruht man sich darauf aus, dass man einen See hinter dem Hotel hat aber Service und Ambiente ist für eine Nacht vielleicht ok, für mehrere Nächte würde ich dieses Hotel definitiv nicht empfehlen. "

Frühstück und Abendessen am besten als Halbpension buchen, denn a la carte nur bis 18Uhr und danach Buffet für 38€/P. Dafür Essen super!!! Hundehaare überall im Zimmer. Es schockiert mich, dass das Housekeeping das nicht selbst gesehen hat und wir sie 3x rufen mussten (1x wurden wir vergessen) und außer ein Entschuldigung Nix!!!! Traurig. "It's the only hotel normally available on Expedia in Eberswalde. It's clean, the rooms are good, there is no reception but we are immediately informed about that. In my several stays lasting more than 2 days, the problem was that the rooms are NEVER made up during the stay. At the point that twice I had to go to the local Rossman to buy soap and toilet paper.
