Beautiful villa with a spectacular view! We enjoyed everything about our stay here. This is the best-stocked rental property we have ever stayed at. The kitchen was well-stocked, and there was even plenty of all the little things you don't always think about - dishwasher and laundry detergent, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Ko Olina Fantastic Beach Villa Vacation

We are a family of 4 and stayed for 8 nights in March of 2025. This is our second time in the Ko Olina area but our first time at the Beach Villas. The condo was immaculate and equipped with everything we could need. The lanai and the view of the ocean was great. Everyone loved the pools and the beach area. Finally, also great to have the owners provide beach chairs, beach cart, cooler and other beach amenities to use. Everything exceeded our expectations and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

Best vacation ever!

The VRBO listing was very accurate. This unit was completely stocked with everything you could need. Ko’Olina Beach Villas are located on the Leeward coast of Oahu. It’s quiet, uncrowded beaches, but close to stores and restaurants. The staff was friendly and people were patient. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

Awesome location!!

Staff came to our room and showed us how to operate the thermostat, microwave, stovetop, and other things after checking in. It was great that the apartment had items in the closet for the beach. We used chairs, snorkeling equipment, and other items. Our teenage children had a great time.

True Paradise!

We just returned from a weeklong stay with our 3 kids and cannot say enough amazing things about this property and the entire resort! It truly felt like a home away from home with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kids especially loved all the beach toys! The location is perfect, with beautiful views and it added to our enjoyment that we could keep an eye on our older kids at the pool from the lanai so they could have fun with friends while we have our toddler a break. The pictures don’t do it justice and we hope to return next year!

This property was perfect! Very spacious, well appointed, updated, and clean. The kitchen with stocked with everything you could possibly need. The closets had all sorts of extras for the beach, babies, and young children. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were stocked with everything you would expect at a hotel and more. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and would book again. Highlight was the big dining table on the balcony where we enjoyed our breakfasts.

Lovely stay in Koolina

The location of this unit is great! Loved the proximity to the lagoons and short walk/drive to nearby restaurants and shops. Town of Kapolei 10 min away by car so very convenient for groceries and other amenities. The unit was well stocked with beach toys/cart/floaties and spices/seasonings in the kitchen. Spacious kitchen/living area and nice layout with 2 large ensuites. Comfortable beds and good size bathrooms My only suggestions would be that the cleaning could be a little more attentive as the tables/tv stand were a bit caked in dust as if they hadnt been well cleaned in a while. The pans in the kitchen were in very poor condition with teflon flaking off, so are due for replacement to maintain food safety. Also the cooking utensils were melted at the tips, also due for replacement. Overall a great stay. Would definately come back! Thank you!

Clean luxury stay

To start our check In process was very easy and we felt like royalty. We had someone wait for us (we arrived at 11pm) unload our luggage, take it to our room and then show us around our room. Shane was super cool. The room itself is very nice. Location is super close to pool with a great view of everything. The bar at the pool has really good drinks but lacks food. There are hotdogs and some frozen items. So don’t count on that for lunch or meals. You can easily walk to the Marriot or Aulani. Also DoorDash has a ton of options and was super easy. We DoorDashed boba tea and had Safeway deliver our grocery’s. If you need a sweet treat just walk the path to aulani and they have a stand right on the path with ice cream, dole whip, boba and some other treats. The resort itself was super clean and not crowded. If you want a place with not very many people and super relaxing this is your place! Also the gym here is super great even with a sauna and steam room.
