"Our room was clean and functional. We checked in with the best staff member. She helped us book a room for the following night after our plans to leave changed. It was an easy process and she was pleasantly helpful. The pool area was well maintained and good size for meeting up with fellow travelers. "A lot of issues. The elevator looked like it has never been cleaned, inside & out looked like people just wiped greasy hands all over, yuck! The TV was set at 35, it wouldn't go any higher. It was almost impossible to hear above the air conditioning. No tissue in the room, no pad/pen, shower head was poor, breakfast was poor."
