"The atmosphere was true Hawaiian. The grounds were tropical and beautifully maintained. The pool is small and the walls were very thin and you could hear the neighbors, but we stayed 2 nights and it was quiet by 9 or 10. My teenage daughter said this was her favorite spot of the trip."

"It was a strange set up but it worked great for us. We didn’t see staff for more than a few minutes the entire week stay. No frills, for sure, but that helps keep the price down. Location is fantastic. Very close to the beach and we even had a little bit of a view! Parking lot gets full but we always managed to get parking. My kids loved the pool. Kitchen was well stocked. Having a clothes line to dry our stuff would’ve been a huge help. We used the balcony but the birds made a mess of some things. Overall everything was very clean but all of the towels provided had someone’s hair on them. Even when they were replaced during the week, the new ones also had hair."

"everything was really nice, definitely worth the price compared to other places, comfortable bed, clean large size sofa bed, full kitchen . nice bool, jacuzzi and a barbecue area, exceeded my expectations and nice quiet location ."

The Resort at Kapalua Bay by KBM Resorts

"The actual condo accommodation was a 10/10. Dealing with KBM management company was less than ideal and detracted from the experience. KBM sent innumerable emails and texts including a strict 11 AM check out which felt more like a "get out." The charged an additional $300/day "registration fee" that was never disclosed. After a number of phone calls and talking with the Montage front desk, this was removed. We asked for service on the TV in the main room that was never addressed. The resort is in a great location, but they are renovating the adjacent tower. I would go back for the views and luxurious condo, but not if KBM is managing it."

"Really cute & clean studio condo w a deck viewing the pool & the ocean. We loved our stay here, we had everything we needed including boogie boards & chairs for the beach. Nice soaps & shampoos as well. We had a great stay - we will definitely use KBM Resorts again!"

"Beautiful property that exceeded our expectations. Bedroom layout worked perfectly for our 3-generation family of 8.The proximity to Napili beach and great pool with slide kept everyone in the water all day!All the necessary beach equipment was provided and in good condition. The two washers and dryers are a thoughtful amenity and received much use washing the supplied beach towels. The booking process and communication from the host prior to and during our stay were excellent as was the arrival experience with Kelli. We hope to return in the future for our family vacation."
