"The Hilton Hawaiian Garden is perfect for anyone going. Perfectly central and the most beautiful walking path along the ocean. The staff amazing, friendly, and accommodating. The Tiki Bar, delicious, upbeat, and a great place to have a cocktail and watch the sunset. Two pools and a great place for families."

"Room is outdated, moldy and must. Had an unbearable smell. Carpet is old and dirty. Bed is uncomfortable. Found a roach in the bathroom. Ceiling stucco falling off. Continental Breakfast without coffee or tea. Had to switch rooms but was also in same condition."

"Best stay we had on any of the islands. Staff is outstanding, and the location is first rate. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and the views are incredible. Beach toys and bikes to use along with tasty banana bread. Would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely staff and lovely location, some of the outdoor fixtures and furniture were a bit worn, and the TV was near impossible to use, but overall had a good time. My only reason for dropping down 2 stars is because the first room we were assigned to, still had people checked in. Thank goodness they were not in the room when we entered!! The second reason is because we had a 'Do Not Disturb' sign hanging off our door, but someone (assuming housekeeping) came in and promptly left. We were checking out that day, but it was still 1.5 hours before checkout time. You'd think you'd want to knock just to be sure the guests have left for privacy purposes. Another hiccup was that guests are given a parking pass. The individual checking us in forgot, and I had to go back and ask (this was my third time at the counter in under 15-20min). First was to check in, the second to notify them that the room was in use (and promptly received the new one), and the third was to ask for the parking pass (after they asked me on the second visit if I had one, and said they'd give me one). I am not upset by the interaction and oversight whatsoever and had a great time! But I still feel these things should be mentioned so folks can make their own informed decision. Oh! I also didn't see any elevators. Had to take luggage up 3 flights of stairs to our room, got my much needed workout in after all the yummy food. But I may have just missed them. I would double check and call if this is important to you :)"

"The condo ended up being just great for our family of 5 adults and one 9 year old. The master bedroom is large, perfect for my son, his wife and 9 year old with a make shift bed on the floor for him. I stayed in the second bedroom, my 36 and 38 yr old stayed in the loft. Added bonus of a small fridge upstairs!Nice view of the sunrise each am on the lanai. It is pretty small but fine for the three of us up early.The kitchen was nicely stocked. We cooked several meals and had no issues. Lots of counter space and although the kitchen is not very big it’s fine for 2 or 3 to dance around while cooking. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas to use for beach outings. Coolers, fins, and other items also. Nice beach towels for all.Beds were okay.The grounds are well kept and the pool is very nice. Lots of space for hanging out. BBQ grill we used worked great. Nice, helpful concierge named Ty. We booked deep sea fishing, ATV’s, Napali coast dinner cruise and zip lining. All were great! There are plenty of beach/swimming needs available for rent at very reasonable rates in the concierge office. We would definitely stay here again!The condo was very hot upon arrival, especially in the loft, and it took the A/C quite awhile to get the place cooled down. Fortunately we arrived about 3pm and by bedtime it was cool enough for sleeping upstairs. Body wash and shampoo/conditioner not the best. Next time we will bring our own. Great location and town of Kapaa is awesome!"

"The ocean view was amazing! Plenty of kitchen items to cook anything you'd like. Condo was beautiful and clean and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Great location, with incredible views from lanai. Bike and hike trail right out door. Unit has had some updates, built in microwave is out of order, but they have set one on kitchen counter. Bathrooms are old and tired…..tub shower units especially. Poor lighting over sinks in both bathrooms. "
