"I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Fairmont! The entire place felt like paradise and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. I never felt more relaxed in my entire life. Also, be warned...their room service food is TOP NOTCH so you'll be spending a pretty penny if you're like me and can't resist deliciousness at all hours of the day lol! "This property was like another home because it had almost everything you need, such as dishwasher, in room laundry and dryer, etc. After water activities, the laundry machine comes handy. We also enjoyed the bbq grill which was maintained nice and clean. They dont clean your room during your stay, but bring things promptly upon request via text. I will choose this facility again if I visit the big island again."
