Once we found the unit (address was in an email that I missed so my fault for struggling to locate). Property manager saved the day and directed us to location. Apartment was comfortable and we were pleased with the unit. We wanted low key and quiet at night and that's what we got! Great price for being right on the ocean with a beautiful view. Woke up to amazing sunrises. We were quite happy Kauai Kailani.

My family enjoyed our stay. The location is great, right on the ocean, very close to a grocery store and restaurants. Property is clean, nicely decorated and easily fits family of 4. Jay was very responsive and helpful. We would come back.

The unit was perfect for me and my 2 teen kids. Opening windows helped keep the humidity and temperature down. Having the washer and dryer was great. We cooked breakfast every morning there and appreciated the amenities. Location right on the beach was gorgeous.

My stay here was pretty good as it’s right next to the beach. you get a great breeze which is necessary as there is no AC. there were some issues with the plumbing and floors/counters were a little sticky, but overall loved the location, and beds were comfortable.

The unit had everything we needed and was in a perfect location next to shops, restaurants, and a path that runs next to the ocean. While the unit doesn’t have ac, there was a nice breeze 24x7. We would definitely stay here again. Sunrises from the balcony are amazing!

Magnificent location! End unit with wonderful sunrise views from the balcony. The unit was very clean and stocked. The washer and dryer is a huge bonus (bring liquid soap). Assigned parking spot is conveniently located next to elevator if you choose to use. Wonderful cool ocean breeze from every angle is amazing as well.

Our room in Kapaa that we stayed in was perfect. It has a spectacular view of the sunrise and ocean beaches. Open ceiling with lots of light. Close to stores and lots of restaurants nearby. Clean and quiet. We will be returning.

the place is located centrally in Kapaa and is oceanfront. the lull of the waves put us to sleep. pool was great, kitchen was very neat. only thing was that the bed in the master bedroom was not very comfortable. but would stay here again, thank you Jay and Sharyn

The until was clean and had everything we needed - all we had to buy was our own groceries. Great spot to head out from for each days worth of fun. And on days we stayed, the pool was great! We loved everything about this condo- cool breeze, location, epic sunrises, and amenities. It’s out of the busy main downtown area but close enough to walk the beachfront bike path to downtown, and there is a shopping center across the street with everything you need (grocery, shaved ice, ice cream, shopping). The location was a perfect jump off for day trips to Hanalei, Poipu and Waimea as well. Super nicely updated, well stocked, and bonus beach toys made it 10/10! We would definitely come back.

Wonderful stay at the Kauai Kailani. I'm originally from Kauai but left years ago to live on the mainland. Returning home to stay at a hotel makes you feel like a tourist, our unit at the Kauai Kailani felt like being home. Clean updated unit, it had everything we needed for our stay. Our two boys made good use of the bodyboards! The corner view of the pool and beach is great for waking up to the sunrise each day. Would definitely come back again.
