Vila went above and beyond to make every part of our stay enjoyable and memorable. He was always available, quick to respond to anything we needed, and even surprised us with a birthday cake, which meant so much. As an added bonus, he took us to nearby King Island, showed us around, and helped us truly experience everything that tiny island has to offer. He is a true international treasure, and we feel incredibly grateful to have crossed paths with him. Every single member of the staff at Full Moon was kind, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel like family. My mom and I mentioned that we really wanted to try fish amok, and one evening they surprised us by preparing it for dinner. The chef did an absolutely phenomenal job. It was quite literally the best meal of my life. And honestly, all of the food throughout our stay was wonderful.
