"Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas très bon. La chambre est grande mais les finitions sont à revoir. Le réfrigérateur était bon à jeter. Nous avions des fourmis tous les jours dans la salle de bain et il y avait une fuite derrière le WC. "

"Our off-season stay was a great introduction to Koh Kood. The hotel’s central location made exploring on foot easy, while staff took care to accommodate our plant-based breakfast preferences. Despite storms, the friendly staff and amenities made sure our trip was memorable."

"Staff was very professional and warm, greeted us at arrival, told us everything we needed to know and was happy to answer all questions. Rooms were spacious, with pool access out of the room being the highlight, great big bathroom with showers/massive tub. I don't want to knock the place down any stars as my only complaint was extremely smalls ants on the desktop that I noticed after check in, the room is on a tropical island with tons of insects everywhere so I don't think much can be done...

"Gorgeous location right on the bay. The cabanas were smallish and simple but completely adequate for my needs including a small refrigerator and a hot water kettle. The bed was large and very comfy. They provided bottled water and replenished the coffee and tea daily. The daily breakfast was tasty and had several options. They will also help with dietary restrictions as needed. The front staff was friendly and happy to answer questions or help with plans. There is scooter rentals and a massage...

"The hotel is horrendous. It's a misrepresentation of what is showed on Hotel.com. We stayed at this place for 3 days out of the 7 days. Whilst we activate our credit card for this part of the world. This was the worst stay in my entire life, I got a migraine from the lack of sleep due to mosquitoes coming into the room during the night. Mind you we had our windows and doors closed. Not to mention the AC water dripping on our heads whilst trying to sleep. They hotel reception check us in for a...

"Room very clean albeit small."

"I can't recommend this hotel even though it's a nice property due to the fact that it is too far off the main road and the road is in poor condition. Too bad."

"If you are looking for an island vacation away from the crowds and traffic, Koh Kood is great and Shantaa is a great place to stay. Rooms are luxurious with private open air bathrooms, and a great restaurant. Swim in the pool or ocean right off the hotel grounds. Staff are kind and friendly."

"Henkilökunta oli ystävällisiä, huone oli siisti vaikka siellä oli aluksi hyttysiä. Aamupalaa ei pääse kehumaan vaikka siellä olikin muutama vaihtoehto. "

"Rummen är lite slitna, gamla. Hotellet ligger fint vid havet. Personalen är trevlig men det bästa av allt var maten. Den var helt fantastiskt ( gäller thaimaten) och prisvärd."

"Staff was not accommodating at all. Out of all of our stops in Thailand, this resort was by far the our least favourite and the least friendly. We had some sort of large rodent living in our attic that squealed and scratched most of the night and the resort staff told us they couldn’t do anything about “nature”."

"Ok room. Restaurant quality not good.. terrible food."

"Breakfast was included and was suppose to be served at 08:00, I waited until 08:30 no breakfast no staff , big disappointment. Did not want to wast time day number two so I left at 07:30. "
