"Everything was perfect. The staff was nice, the location was central to everything, the rooms were very clean, but they were a little small though. We had an amazing view of the city. The only little thing we noticed was the bathroom in the waiting area on the check in/ out floor. It could have been a little bit more maintained. It was very minor, and can be overlooked."

"We enjoyed our 2-night stay at APA Hotel and Resort Roppongi. The hotel is modern and elegant. The staff are very helpful. Our room was very clean, the shower and facilities were very good, breakfast was very good (plenty of choice). The hotel location was very good - in a very affluent part of Roppongi. The hotel was well situated for Tokyo Tower and the Yamanote line when wanting to see Shibuya and Shinjuku. The only thing I didn't like was the soft mattress on our bed - uncomfortable and dips in it."

"Excellent hotel! The breakfast buffet was a highlight, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms are a decent size by Tokyo standards. As a quick heads-up for others: there is a large step up into the bathroom, so you may want to contact the hotel if you have mobility issues (though it wasn't a problem for us). The property is clean and tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood. Being right next to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building gave us easy access to the observation deck and the evening light show. There is also a convenient bus service directly to Shibuya. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"I traveled solo and stayed here for about a week, and I would definitely recommend this hotel! The location is extremely convenient, especially with the train station nearby, making it easy to get just about anywhere. Whether you’re looking to explore shopping areas, try different restaurants, or enjoy the nightlife, everything is easily accessible. The rooms were cleaned regularly, and I had absolutely no issues with cleanliness or housekeeping throughout my stay. The hotel also offered great amenities and had pretty much everything I needed. One thing to keep in mind is the spa’s tattoo policy. If you have tattoos, especially larger ones or multiple tattoos, you may not be able to use the spa. They do provide small stickers to cover tattoos, but those won’t be much help if you’re heavily tattooed. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay! The convenience, cleanliness, and overall experience made it a great choice for a solo traveler. I would definitely stay here again!"
