Friends Trip

It was perfect for the 6 of us in town for a friend’s trip. The house was very clean, spacious, and we loved that it was decorated for Christmas. Would definitely stay there again.

Close to Arrowhead stadium ,great place to overnight after the Cheifs won! Charming, cozy, clean. However the steps to the second floor may be a problem for some older adults

The home was everything we hoped it would be and more. The location was ideal - close to fun and interesting things in Independence and a short, easy drive to the heart of KC.

Very clean and welcoming place to stay. Liked the rooms and layout. Few needed improvements - beds were very hard, musty smell from basement, shade in one bedroom didn’t fully cover window, ants on kitchen counters.

Joyous Retreat

Beautiful, happy home for the family trip. Towels are fluffy, beds are perfect, and the toilet paper is the good stuff. Very clean, well placed furniture and complimentary snacks. Birdwatching on the patio. True rest for the weary. Rejuvenating from the long road trip.

The property was exactly the way it was portrayed on VRBO! We were looking for a rental with a lot of beds and this fit the bill perfectly! It was very clean and very nicely decorated throughout and the owner of property was very accommodating! Would definitely stay again!

All our 7 year old wanted to his birthday was to see his beloved Kansas City Royals!! This beautiful house did not disappoint for our three night stay!! We highly recommend for all who are wanting to get away!!!

Trans Siberian concert

This home was clean! We did not expect decorations, but was pleasantly surprised with Christmas decorations! It also was fully equipped with coffee bar and there was even a hot chocolate station. This was the perfect place for our multiple family to stay together. Would stay again if in the area!

This was our second time staying at this VRBO! The house is truly the exact representation of the house pictures and description details! The cleanliness and how the house is so nicely decorated and stocked with everything you would need is why we returned again to stay! Perfect location in a charming home

Prior communication was great. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to all historical sights. It is easy to locate. This home is clean and exceptionally nice to have added details such as make-up removers, lots of linens, kitchen extras, many windows for light, and comfortable furniture. Thank you.
