"Stunning hotel and amazing rooms. Amazing breakfast and amenities including well equipped gym and pool. The champagne bar was also a highlight. The food was of a good standard in general, but my main complaint is that restaurants cannot be booked before arriving, and when we arrived some of the à la cart options were already fully booked for the full week of our stay. This is unacceptable for a hotel that charges a premium for this. We could also see other guests complaining about this at reception. We also felt the cocktails could be improved and at times it was difficult to get a bed at the pool. Overall great hotel and if they can fix the restaurant booking system would be 5/5."

Clean room, basic breakfast but good, only thing I would have liked was kettle/tea/coffee making facilities, it should be noted that it was clear on the facilities notes that there was only a fridge in the room. Good hotel nice staff."
