Food at the hotel was limited and the breakfast was expensive for what was available and was not great!.They encourage not getting the room serviced but did not say what to do with the rubbish that built up over 4 days."

"My wife and I treated ourselves on Kangaroo Island by staying at the Villa's on the Bay at Kingscote. We had four night's in villa (5) and everything was perfect. The location of the villas is handy to the shops, hotels and eateries etc. Our villa had it's own full kitchen and laundry with everything in good working order, a garage for the car and an outside area to relax in. Kingscote turned out to be a good base to tour the island from. Well done to Brian and staff for turning out such...

"The villa was spacious and enjoyed breakfast on the deck. The Queen bed was comfortable, however, there was very little water pressure in the shower and kitchen sink. It was very quiet as the villa was in the bushland. The villa's are more like cabins. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our 5 night stay."
