Located in the interior of Istria, this villa can accommodate ten people. This villa is situated near the tourist pearls, such as the romantic Rovinj. This luxurious villa extends over two floors. The living area is very light-flooded, the comfortable bedrooms offer a view of the surrounding landscape. The outside area consists of a large pool, a covered terrace and a large and well-kept garden. Among the amenities of this villa are a fitness room, table football, jacuzzi and a large sun terrace with comfortable deck chairs and parasols. There are also three parking spaces available for guests. The wellness area (sauna and whirlpool) costs 200 euros per week extra.
The distance from the object to the beach is 15 km and the distance to the centre is 500 metres. The nearest grocery shop is 500 metres from the holiday home. In 5 km you can reach the surrounding restaurant.
