"This villa exceeded our expectations in every level. The location was quiet and serene with sweeping views of the wild Cretan mountains, gorge and sea. The home was spacious, in excellent working order in all regards and had the most comfortable beds Coco Mat. "We stayed at Island Suites Villa in Crete with a group of 21 people, and it exceeded all our expectations. The villa was incredibly spacious—more than enough room for everyone to relax comfortably. "We all had a wonderful time on our family vacation. The house was very comfortable and clean. The outdoor spaces of this villa are beautiful beyond words. The owners of the home were very nice and welcoming! Katrina even gifted us a few of her pictures which she painted. There are three tavernas within walking distance. They were also awesome! We definitely recommend this experience! Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Property was immaculately clean Pool amazing Agent and local property management were great Friendly feedback and observations are: - Entrance Gate broken and there was no ‘Villa Pegasus’ signage (at main road entrance or by the gate) - Some batteries need replacing in the AC & TV remote control(s) but minor things.. - Beds were on the firm side. Pillows a bit bulky and foam v feather which is only a personal point of view.. No criticisms intended, great villa and super peaceful location…...

"We would not recommend this house at all. It’s actually two separate areas and not connected. When we first arrived we went into front apartment and discovered where was no AC in living area /kitchen and was so hot at 9pm when we arrived we could not sit in there. There were no instructions at house, so we wrote the owner on how to turn on the jacuzzi outside but that was when he told us it didn’t heat. So we decided to go to bed, but when we went to go in the back area where our bedroom was...
