At the heart of the home is a private open-air pool, surrounded by shared spaces designed for relaxation and connection. These include a billiards room, a formal sitting area, a gourmet kitchen and bar, a spacious dining room, and a cozy TV room. The expansive upper lanai offers breathtaking views of the ocean, mountains, and yacht club, making it an ideal place to unwind. The home also features an in-garage washer/dryer and ample street parking for convenience. Each private unit has its bathroom, and utilities (electricity, water, sewer, trash, and internet) are included in the monthly rate of $150 per person.

Unwind in the luxurious ensuite bathroom with extensive marble walls, a two-person jacuzzi tub, double vanities, a mirror wall, and a 7-head shower. Rent is $3,500 per month.
