"This is an older facility that would benefit from a few upgrades. The bed was decent and the refrigerator did a great job of keeping food and beverages cold. We brought our own Keurig mini coffeemaker with us, and are glad that we did so. There were no kitchen amenities/utensils to be found—we had to go to the front desk to ask for them—and that was a pain. We would have been happy with paper plates and plastic utensils. A positive note was that we had a plumbing issue that we brought to the attention of the front desk employee on duty. She did have someone take care of the problem while we were out. We had plenty of towels so we didn’t feel the need to request new ones. The “new towels” policy was clearly explained at check in. The purpose of this trip was to attend a dog show and I believe the hotel was almost at capacity. We didn’t hear any noise and all of the public areas were very clean. "

"This is my second time staying here and will definitely keep coming back! Hosts are very communicative and responsive. Parking was convenient and easy. We were always able to park right out in front. The kitchen is well stocked and it was nice to make home cooked meals. Also loved having the ability to do laundry on my trip because it means I don’t have to pack as much! The place is also located very conveniently near highway exits so it’s easy to get to places. It’s also a nice area to walk. My morning walks were very nice and there’s a large green space nearby with a playground if you have kids or dogs. Highly recommend!"

"we were very dissapointed that the pool was under construction and therefore closed. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool as we were traveling with kids and they enjoy swimming. I wish we wouldve known about it before and therefore am writing it in the review so others will know to call before to ask. Otherwise the rooms were clean and updated."

"The cozy cottage was immaculate! Every single room is thoughtfully styled and comfortable to stay in. The built in fireplace warmed the space on a cool night and our family of five fit comfortably on the couch and in the recliner for a movie night. Although we didn’t cook in, the kitchen was well stocked; the neighborhood was quiet and safe, sweet place! "

"The property had a very strong cat box odor . After 2 days we could no longer tolerate the smell. We had to vacate the property 4 days early. We notified the property manager that we had to cut our stay short and requested a refund for unused nights. We have not heard anything back."
