Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Low Standards

It was an Avalanched of low standard issues from the time we checked in. First the room smelled of moth ball. No basic amenities as mentioned on the booking such as, no hand towel, dirty bath mat, no kettle and cups, dirty floor with hair, TV remote had no batteries, no hot water and faulty wifi and the bathtub was damaged and wrapped in plaster. Then a cockroach appeared during the evening. And I had to ask for an insect spray. The breakfast wasn't good either. They had prepared individual fruit platters ahead of time and saw flies hovering over it. Also I asked for coffee and I got tea and the toast was cold and rubbery.
