"Very Old Room, centipede roaming in room, High risk staying with kids and family, we reached by 8 PM, worst welcome.. boys at the lobby didn't care about the arrival or luggage only a senior person from the front desk tried helping with the luggage. Very lethargic behaviour,didnt expect this from a star hotel like Taj.. felt like very normal hotel stay. Nothing special. "

"I have a love hate for this hotel. The property is absolutely gorgeous but the problem I run into is the downstairs kitchen. The cooks down there can not even cook an egg properly. Everyday I have to send food back because it is raw, overcooked, or the wrong food. The Cassava restaurant is very very nice and they will cater to whatever you desire with a good selection of fresh caught food. But the downstairs restaurant is consistently mismanaged. One day i was eating a salad and it had a rock in it. I almost broke my tooth. One day I had to send my eggs back three times. This has been an ongoing problem since the last time I visited. I recommend visiting this hotel but avoid the buffet restaurant at all cost if possible."

We enjoyed the dining options, the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of dishes which were all tasty and the restaurant staff were very attentive and friendly. We were well looked after and were sad to leave. "

"This is a great hotel if you want to stay close to Fort Kochi but away from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast was top notch and the swimming pool was delightful. The room is spacious with a heavenly shower. The hotel is connected to a mall. I had the most perfect stay. "
