"Pros: nice decor, well stocked kitchen, walking distance (20-25 mins) to Shakespeare festival, quiet neighborhood.Cons: 1- tidy, but not clean. I needed to personally clean counters and sinks before I felt comfortable with my family using them. Floors and rugs need to be cleaned. 2- all the mattresses and pillows need to be replaced. Very old and uncomfortable. One mattress was visibly sagging and bowing and no one could sleep on it- used couch instead.3- just needs basic TLC- crooked...
