Sleeps 4 (king bed + loft pads), with fiber WiFi, Smart TV, kitchenette, full bath & laundry. Minutes to Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon North Rim, Lake Powell & Coral Pink Sand Dunes. Room to park trailers, ATVs & adventure toys.



The Space:

Step into Journey Pines, a rural and serene property that offers privace and seclusion while also giving you all the comforts and conveniences of home. This brand new tiny home has high end finishes, a comfortable king sized bed, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, high-speed fiber wireless internet, a Smart TV, and a combo washer/dryer. The kitchenette in the home offers a mini fridge, stove top, microwave, cofee maker, blender, and more. Enjoy incredible views from every window and wake up to the grandeur of Southern Utah's red rock vistas and stunning plateaus. The loft offers additional sleeping space, with 2 foldable sleeping pads (about twin size) ideal for children.



Step outside onto the deck and enjoy the panoramic views around you while you relax with a bottle of wine as you unwind after a day of hiking and exploring the nearby national parks, or enjoy a cup of coffee as you watch the red hills come alive under the rising sun. Soak in your very own private hot tub while you stargaze in wonder at what Southern Utah's dark skies have to offer! Guest Access:

You will be given a door code prior to your arrival. Guests will have full access of the home.



The Neighborhood:

Located just east of Kanab, you will have plenty of peace, quiet and privacy. East on Hwy 89 from Kanab, the property has a gravel driveway that takes you from the Hwy to the property. There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book and travel guide. Once Upon a Time in America, a wonderful artifact filled museum is locaed just minutes from the property on Hwy 89 and features a car collection and restuarant as well. Grocery stores and dining options are available in Kanab just 5 miles away.



Getting Around:

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Just minutes away from downtown Kanab, this home makes accessing local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores easy!



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.



Other Things to Note:

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. This cancellation policy does not apply to HVMB guests.



Pets MUST be in a crate if left alone in the house.



Unfortunately, we have had a few issues with guests who have damaged the hot tub or left it so dirty, we've had to have hot tub services come after hours to drain/refill or fix the hot tub. If we must service the hot tub due to damage or excessive dirtiness after your stay, you will be charged the actual service cost, with a minimum fee of $125. Dirt, urine, sweat, sunscreen, and lotion all contribute to water so dirty that a drain and refill is necessary. Please shower off before entering the hot tub. Thank you for understanding!

Kanab is situated in the "Grand Circle" area and known as the "Hub of the Parks", centrally located among Zion National Park (30 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (77 miles), the Grand Canyon (North Rim - 80 miles). You can also visit Pipe Springs National Monument (21 miles), the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (15 miles), Vermilion Cliffs National Monument (77 miles), Coral Pink Sand Dunes (20 miles), Kodachrome Basin (93 miles), Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area (75 miles), the "Wave"/Paria Wilderness (50 miles), Horseshoe Bend (77 miles), Cedar Breaks National Monument (65 miles) and so much more. Please note mileage is approximate and may vary by a few miles.
