This incredible home provides the perfect resting spot for recovery after your thrilling adventures visiting all of our National Parks. We are central to Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon. The backyard is a desert oasis comes with a custom in ground pool heated April-September and hot tub, use for all year around. multiple fire pits, BBQ and comfortable outdoor seating and dining. The inside of the home is set up perfectly for multiple families or multiple couples traveling together. Each side of the home is set up like its own 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house. Each side has a private kitchen, great room, and dining area, and laundry room. The two sides are connected together via a 1200 sq/ft gathering space equipped with a 100 inch TV, Pool Table, Ping Pong, Table, Shuffle Board Table, and even some arcade games for the kids. The Space:
You've found your own desert oasis right here in Kanab. It's a terrific option for a large family, multiple families, or multiple couples/friends. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms all on one level. All the Bedrooms have brand new king sized mattresses and 3 additional rollout beds are stored in the home. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own smart TV. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to prepare amazing meals. Coffee is provided via Keurig and K-cups. The great room has a large open floor plan with a 100 inch smart TV. The backyard is has privacy fencing all around, desert landscaping, patio, tables and plenty of outdoor seating, propane grill, fire pit, swimming pool and hot tub. The Neighborhood:
Crimson Oasis is located in a new subdivision east of Kanab. There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. We love some of the local tour companies; they can make your travel time far more productive and enjoyable. Many of them even offer early morning pick-ups from Kanab. Equestrian and biking trails are also available.
Getting Around:
This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places. Page, AZ airport is 1.25 hours away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3.5 hours away.

The pool opens in mid April or May through roughly October each season depending on the weather. We offer a free concierge service with some great recommendations! Kanab is situated and in the "Grand Circle" area and known as the "Hub of the Parks", centrally located among Zion National Park (35 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (81 miles), the Grand Canyon (North Rim - 84 miles). You can also visit Pipe Springs National Monument (24 miles), the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (12 miles), Vermilion Cliffs National Monument (54 miles), Coral Pink Sand Dunes (25 miles), Kodachrome Basin (98 miles), Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area (68 miles), the "Wave"/Paria Wilderness (45 miles), Horseshoe Bend (73 miles), Cedar Breaks National Monument (69 miles) and so much more. Please note mileage is approximate and may vary by a few miles. Enjoy your dream vacation in Kanab, also known as "Little Hollywood"!
