This newly renovated guest studio apartment is a part of Dino Ranch property - a private 2-acre paradise with panoramic red rock views.

The studio can sleep 4 adults. It has a queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattresses. We also have a pack & play, booster chair, baby bathtub to use in shower, and dishes for children if you are traveling with little ones.

The apartment is well-stocked with all the necessities, from kitchenware and dishes to premium towels, linens, and toiletries (soap, body wash, shampoo-conditioner, and lotion). The living area includes a sofa, 2-chairs and a 65-inch Smart TV. Washer and dryer are located inside the apartment and are free to use.

Only a few steps away from the apartment door, you'll find a picturesque pergola with comfortable shaded seating and mesmerizing red rock views. Immerse yourself in the serenity of nature, away from the hustle and bustle, while relishing the cozy warmth of the gas fire pit.
