To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide a starter pack of essential items. Once you use the items included in the pack, you'll need to replenish your supplies. The starter pack contains: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, 5 Laundry Pods, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, 5 Dishwasher Pods, 5 Kitchen Trash Bags, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper per bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 1 Sponge.

***Each unit is only allowed 2 cars on property maximum. If there are more than 2 cars, then any additional car must be parked off property. As always, the 1st car MUST be parked in the garage and the 2nd can be in a stall with the parking placard (provided by management company upon request, $250 charge if lost.) If the owner of the unit does not give garage access, or the car(s) cannot fit in the garage, then only one car can be on property and the second need to be parked elsewhere. There will be no exceptions given. A fine will be issued for any parking violations***
We recommend getting a smaller SUV or smaller vehicles as the garage will not fit a large SUV or large vehicle.

*Please ensure your vehicle is not a commercial vehicle or a large truck with a company name on it. The Palm Villas Association does not allow those types of vehicles to be parked on their property.
