Welcome to one of the newest rentals in Waiulaula!

Previously a private home with mahogany trim and cabinets throughout, granite kitchen and island counters, with limestone bathroom counters, this condo has had a new make-over! This stunning view condo has been professionally decorated with brand new furnishings by Tommy Bahama, upgraded flooring in all guest bedrooms, brand new window coverings, freshly painted throughout, new mattresses, area rugs and guest supplies like sheets, towels, linens, dishes, cookware and more! Our list is long!

To finish off this tropical dream, two local artists have contributed their talents, one commissioned for the deep riches of the tropics on this island, and the other from its famous Mauna Kea Resort line of paintings. Stop and gaze! So different and so rich!

The great room has two coffered ceiling and expands to the kitchen and island for additional dining. The kitchen upgrades include Wolf stainless steel GAS cook-top and range, wall oven and microwave as well as a SubZero stainless steel refrigerator.

Enjoy panoramic sunsets from the lanai of this second floor condo overlooking the Westin Hapuna Golf Course followed by ocean and coastline views. Perfectly located with a full outdoor kitchen consisting of a Wolf BBQ and refrigerator as well as a wet bar. Pushing back the Fleetwood lanai doors unites the inside living with the out! Adding living space to both!

This beautiful condo offers a master King en-suite with large flat screen, working desk, fan and lanai access. The second King en-suite includes a large flat screen TV, fan, and ocean view. Both kings offer a soaking tub and shower. The third guest room has two queen beds, flat screen TV, fan and a walk-in closet. We think this room is great for a third couple, kids, or nanny!

Please be advised owner's car is stored in garage. A parking stall available next to the garage. Additional parking is open in the marked "guest parking".

Awesome place

The condo is exactly as it appears in the photos, with amazing views and breeze, fully stocked kitchen utensils/pots/pans, etc and nice furnishings. Highly recommended getting the extra pass to use both Westin and Mauna Kea resort amenities. We had a fabulous time.

Beautiful Condo

The condo is bright, clean, and looks just like the pictures. The view is beautiful and my family and I loved eating breakfast every morning out on the lanai and watching the sunset every evening. Donna was a pleasure to work with and even accommodated us when we extended our trip. We will definitely be returning!

Extended Hawaiian Holiday

This was our 2nd time staying in Wai'ula'ula as the location w/in the MK resort complex is ideal, nonetheless this particular villa was the best villa we have stayed in to date. The villa location is spectacular w/clear ocean views, the walk to the pool is a breeze, but moreover the villa was spotless, updated and exactly as represented, I can't say enough how much we loved our extended stay at this villa and only wish we could've stayed forever. Already counting the days until our return....Mahalo Donna!

Fabulous Mauna Kea Vacation

This was our first time to the Big Island and we had lots of recommendations from friends to stay in the condos at Wai’lua’lua and did we ever get lucky with this particular unit - it was absolutely perfect. Spotless when we arrived, the condo contained everything you’d need for a wonderful vacation. Beds were comfortable, lovely bathrooms and furnishings, they supplied really everything we needed - the kitchen was well appointed with all the necessities- everything was new and in excellent condition. We loved the view and hanging out on the lanai. We also loved that you could purchase a resort pass and access both the Mauna Kea Resort as well as the Westin Hapuna Beach. It was wonderful and we can’t wait to get back! Donna was great to work with - so happy we found this bit of paradise!

Wonderful stay at Wai’ula’ula

The 3 bedroom condo in the I building was the perfect for our week in Hawaii. The unit was beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Gorgeous sunset from the lanai every night and wonderful golf course views. Enjoyed the amenities at both the Mauna Kea and the Hāpuna Prince reaorts. Would definitely rent this unit again!

Great Week!!

My husband and I spent 8 wonderful days with our 3 young adult sons here. The condo was perfect for the 5 of us. The views were great, we spent a lot of the time on the balcony watching the sky, sunset, golfers and the goats. The kitchen was totally stocked with everything we needed to cook. The grill was great. We bought the resort pass for the week and totally enjoyed spending the days on the beach and by the pool.

Wonderful Condo!

We rented this condo during spring break and were very impressed with the layout and condition. The rooms are spacious, and the common area and lanai are great. All the appliances are top end, and it had a great view. This place is a great value and access to the Mauna Kea and Westin resorts was awesome.
