Upon entering Fairways South 16, you will be ushered down a long driveway that provides complete privacy and soundproofing from the road. With ample parking for up to 4 cars, a glass door beckons you to enter the courtyard, leading to the upper level of the home and the two private guest rooms. The architecture of the home extends parallel to the coastline to capture the unobstructed ocean view from every room of the main house (no rooftops). The upstairs living and dining room feature wrap-around glass sliding doors - allowing the entire space to be ventilated by the gentle Hawaiian breeze, while also offering central air conditioning, TV/Sonos system, a card table, formal dining for 10, a large chef's kitchen, and an outdoor BBQ. There is a laundry room and powder bathroom accessible from the kitchen. The southern end of the upper level features the ocean-facing master bedroom with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, large balcony, private bathroom with dual indoor showers, an outdoor bathtub and an outdoor shower. Also on the upper level are two guest bedrooms, each with their own private entrance and outdoor bathing option.
